The Department of Economics at Pacific Lutheran University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position to teach at the assistant or associate professor rank beginning September 2013. Applicant must possess the ability, knowledge and skill to successfully teach, advise, and serve undergraduate and graduate students in a university setting, as well as possess a commitment to scholarship to inform their teaching. Ph.D. in Economics or closely related field required. ABD will be considered, but Ph.D. must be in hand by September 1, 2013. Evidence of excellent undergraduate and/or master's level teaching with concentration in Macroeconomics, Econometrics, and/or Finance preferred.
