Tenure track Assistant Professor position in Economics beginning Fall 2013 (subject to final academic approval, anticipated December 2012). Desirable principle fields of expertise include economic development, public policy and experimental. Candidates must have a PhD in Economics or Public Policy with an Economics concentration as well as demonstrate strong actual or potential research and teaching. As high quality graduate and undergraduate instruction expected, teaching experience is highly desirable. The successful candidate's research and teaching will be expected to contribute to our new graduate degrees in Integral Economic Development Management and Integral Economic Development Policy, which present an integrated perspective of human development, one that holds "the dignity of the human person, the good of the family, and the good of the community as foundational principles of economic development" (iedm.cua.edu).
