Royal Roads University invites your interest in a Faculty role within our School of Business. Your primary responsibilities will be to instruct and conduct research in applied approaches to the practice of management, with an area of expertise in International Business/International Trade, in both graduate and undergraduate programs.

Our innovative programs, anchored with an applied relevance, are delivered through traditional Face-to-face, On-line or Blended Learning, a combination of enriched web-based learning and short on-campus residencies.

To be considered you will possess:

Doctoral degree completed or near completion
Minimum of 7 - 10 years experience in the international business or international trade community
Ability to develop networks of high-level contacts in the corporate sector
Demonstrated teaching excellence at the undergraduate and graduate levels (using the principles of adult learning and applied learning) in both Face-to-face and On-line environments with both domestic and international students
Experience in curriculum design and development
Ability to work within an interdisciplinary outcomes-based curriculum
Proven track record in research with an emphasis on practical application
