The School of Entrepeneurship and Business at the Universidad Mayor in Santiago, Chile, is interested in hiring one or more junior faculty members in the areas of industrial and business organization, including: entrepreneurship and innovation, international business, corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, and strategy and marketing. Succesful candidates must have a strong research potential, as well as a clear interest and competence in teaching and advising. Although fluency in Spanish is desirable, it is not a pre-requisite. Applicants should have a PhD in hand or close to finish when applying. The position considers an attractive economic compensation and living in a safe and modern city. The appointment is expected to begin on April 15, 2013.
