Commercial airline seeks Senior Manager of Economic Analysis & Operations responsible for:
--providing economic analysis and financial guidance to
Flight Operations, Inflight, Operations and Planning divisions
--Compiling analyzing, and reporting data to explain economic phenomena and forecast market trends in the airline operations field by applying mathematical models and statistical techniques
--Studying the socioeconomic impacts of new public policies,
such as proposed legislation, taxes, services, and regulations
--Testifying at regulatory or legislative hearings
concerning the estimated effects of changes in legislation or public policies and present recommendations based on cost-benefit analyses
--Providing advice and consultation on economic relationships between the company and public and private agencies, and other competitors in the airline industry
--Developing economic guidelines and standards and preparing points of view used in forecasting trends to formulate economic policy
--Conducting research on economic issues and disseminating research findings through technical reports or scientific articles in journals
--Preparing Vice President's budget, close and forecast
explanations, providing division performance outcome to business unit on a monthly basis and supervision and implementing ad hoc projects
--Report to Chief Financial Officer
--MBA, plus 2 yrs. experience in job offered or 2 yrs. experienc as Sr. Financial Analyst
--Experience in Airline Flight Operations
