Social Impact (SI) is an international development consulting firm. We provide a full range of innovative management consulting, technical assistance, and training services to strengthen international development programs, organizations and policies. SI conducts a growing number of rigorous IEs, including randomized control trials (RCTs) and quasi-experimental evaluations, of development projects for USAID, the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), and other donors.
The IE Program Manager will oversee the management and logistics for multiple IEs and will have principal responsibility for data management, cleaning, and preliminary analysis. The IE PM will have the opportunity to interact with leading academics and practitioners in the field.
The PM will be asked to participate in field work: data collection, capacity building, program monitoring, or evaluation design, with evaluation teams.
The PM may be asked to write technical proposals, review draft proposals, and work with the Finance Department to create IE budgets.
REQUIRED:
Master's Degree in economics, statistics, public policy, development, etc.
Academic training and/or practical experience in quantitative research/evaluation including familiarity with IE designs such as RCTs
3-5 years managing development projects or evaluations
Ability to travel overseas for short-term assignments
Proficiency in French (preferred)
