Manage World Council's member services and accountabilities, information clearing house, statistics, trends and issues identification. Facilitate the global exchange of information on credit unions; provide relevant content to members. Expand World Council capacity to monitor and identify key strategic issues, profile trends, forecast challenges and share best practices. Monitor key/strategic; provide a clearing house function of information about what these key issues are. Establish and manage a web-based clearinghouse that members can access to learn how key issues have affected other members, how they were addressed, their experience and lessons learned. Provide issue-specific webinars and workshops for members
Provide and coordinate delivery of research analysis, credit union statistics and information services. Manage responses to informational requests. Through an annual survey of World Council's membership, collect, compile and disseminate legislative, statistical and taxation information. Facilitate engagement and networking among members.
Establish new members growth as both a strategic and an operational priority. Identify prospective members. Encourage and market World Council membership affiliation. Carry out application screening and due diligence of new member applications. Ensure World Council's members are receiving world class service including concrete value for their dues.
