The Wharton School's Real Estate Department is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position at any level: Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. The Real Estate Department is seeking candidates with backgrounds in applied economics, finance, or related disciplines (including law) who are capable of making significant contributions both in their broader areas as well as in the urban and real estate fields. A commitment to excellent teaching in real estate also is required. Applicants must have a Ph.D. (expected completion by June 30, 2014 is acceptable) from an accredited institution and have an outstanding research record or potential. The appointment is expected to begin July 1, 2013.
