The Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta, invites applications for an assistant professor position in Energy, Resource or Environmental Economics.
Associate/Full Professor appointments may be considered. For an associate/full professor appointment, a high quality publication record in top journals accompanied by excellence in teaching is required. For an Assistant Professor appointment, candidates must have, or be close to completing, a PhD, with demonstrated research and teaching potential; appointment in the latter case will be contingent upon completion of the PhD by an agreed-upon date.
The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and MBA courses, participate in the MBA and BCom specializations in Natural Resources, Energy and the Environment, conduct research, publish in top tier journals, and provide service to the School's academic activities.
