The Swiss Finance Institute (SFI) and the University of Lugano (a.k.a. Universita della Svizzera Italiana, USI) invite applications for one tenure track assistant professor position in financial economics. We will give preference to applicants in corporate finance, but will also
consider applications in other fields. The candidates should expect to hold a PhD and demonstrate strong research potential. Salaries are competitive.
The University offers Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD programs. PhD and Master's courses are taught in English, undergraduate courses are taught in English and Italian. Knowledge of Italian is not necessary.
We will interview candidates at the AFA meetings in San Diego.
