Magyar Nemzeti Bank (the central bank of Hungary), a member of the European System of Central Banks (ESCB), has an opening in its Research Department for experienced or newly qualified PhDs in economics or related fields. Successful candidates are expected to engage in high-quality academic research, support the applied research activities and policy decisions in the bank, and participate in research projects at the ESCB level. Permanent or fixed-term full-time contracts can be offered. Knowledge of Hungarian is not required.
