The Department of Global Business Leadership at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University, located in Central Minnesota, invites applications for an Assistant Professor, tenure-track position to begin August 2013.

This is an opportunity to play a major role in our new interdisciplinary global business leadership program. We are seeking a creative and energetic individual who is committed to teaching undergraduates in a liberal arts setting and who possesses an appreciation of modern business as a broad-based, interdisciplinary academic discipline and real-world profession.

Masters or MBA required. Ph.D. and teaching experience in business or a related discipline preferred. Applicants with Ph.D.s in all relevant disciplines will be considered provided they have significant teaching and/or business experience. The successful candidate will have a strong quantitative background and be prepared to teach sophomore level statistics and finance courses. Candidates must also be willing and able to teach a variety of upper level business courses including (but not limited to) one or more of the following: Marketing; International Business; Strategic Management; Global Business Development (Europe, Asia, Latin America).

The successful candidate will be asked to help develop new and innovative upper level courses that coincide with his/her teaching and research interests.
