The Department of Economics in the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago seeks to fill a tenure-track assistant professor position for fall 2013. Candidates completing their economics Ph.D. by summer 2013 are preferred. The successful applicant will be an applied economist with strong research potential and teaching interests in macroeconomics, with a focus on issues in international economics preferred. Teaching responsibilities include both undergraduate and MBA/MS courses. The Quinlan School emphasizes ethics and responsible leadership, centered on the belief that business can be a force for good in our global community.
