The Department of Economics at the University of Ottawa invites applications for one position starting on July 1, 2013, subject to budgetary approval. Field of specialization is open but the department is particularly interested in hiring someone to teach in one or more of the following fields: macroeconomics, econometrics, monetary economics. The rank is at the level of Assistant or recently promoted Associate Professor. The Department offers its programs in French and in English, thus candidates must be bilingual or become bilingual within one year.
