Applications are being accepted for two tenure-track positions at the assistant professor level for appointments effective September 1, 2013.

The Department seeks economists with strong background in microeconomic theory and/or applied microeconomics. The Department has particular needs in the areas of industrial organization, environmental economics and international trade, but all applied microeconomics fields will be considered. The successful applicants will have a Ph.D. in economics by the start date and will be expected to contribute to the university's mission and carry out publishable research, apply for external funding, supervise Ph.D. dissertation research, and teach effectively at the graduate and undergraduate level.
