The Department of Economics and Finance is looking to fill two tenure track positions beginning in late July 2013 or earlier. We will consider applicants in any field of Economics although development economists are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have a promising research agenda and teaching experience. The principal responsibilities of the positions are research for publication in recognized journals and quality teaching. The Department is committed to teaching, research and the promotion of human development through freedom expansion. We offer undergraduate and masters degree programs with rigorous theoretical foundations, designed to prepare students for further study and research. We will interview applicants at the AEA/ASSA meetings in San Diego. meetings in San Diego.
