Bethany College is a national liberal arts college located on a beautiful and historic 1,300 acre mountaintop campus in the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia, 39 miles from downtown Pittsburgh. The states oldest private college, Bethany offers a wide array of B.A. and B.S. programs in more than 25 fields of study and a Master of Arts program in teaching.
Bethany College invites applications and nominations for a tenure track appointment in Economics. Duties include teaching a twelve hour load per semester, professional development/research, working with student research projects, advising students and serving on various committees.
This position requires a Ph.D. in Economics or a related field. The candidate will have demonstrated excellence in teaching at an undergraduate level. Rank appointment is negotiable and will be commensurate with the candidates record of scholarship and university service.
