Subject to budgetary and administrative approval, the Department of Economics at Rice University seeks to fill a tenure track position in Energy, Environmental, or Health Economics. Preference will be given to candidates at the level of advanced Assistant Professor or new Associate Professor, but truly outstanding candidates will be considered at any level. Candidates should show evidence of research excellence and a commitment to teaching at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. The minimum educational requirement is a PhD or completed PhD by November 1, 2013.
