Charles River Associates (CRA), an economics, finance, and business consulting firm, seeks highly-skilled and articulate financial economists for its Financial Markets practice.
Financial economists at CRA conduct research in a supportive, team-oriented environment as they consult to attorneys and clients in industry and government on a wide variety of finance and economics issues. They work closely with leading academics, manage the research process, and supervise and mentor research analysts.
Successful candidates will have a Ph.D. or ABD in Finance, Economics, or Accounting. Specializations of interest include corporate finance, financial accounting, econometrics, and asset pricing. Some of our recent cases involved corporate finance, securities markets, valuation & damages, financial accounting, risk management, and insurance. Previous experience in teaching, research, or industry is desirable.
CRA offers an intellectually stimulating work environment, competitive compensation, and a variety of possible work locations.
We will be interviewing candidates at the upcoming 2013 AEA/AFA Meetings in San Diego, CA
