Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy (IEP, IET - Institute for the Economy in Transition prior to 2010) is looking for one or more full-time positions at the rank of Research Associate (research project manager) beginning fall 2013, spring or fall 2014. Candidates should have strong research and writing skills. Responsibilities include intermediate macroeconomics and econometrics, doing research in macroeconomics, social economics, sectoral economics, political economy or economics of innovation. Candidates must have a PhD in economics completed by September 1, 2012 or 2013. We are interested in applicants to carry out and manage research projects in these fields as well as to participate as assistant professor in IEP joint educational programs with MIPT, RANE, and NES.
