The Department of Economics invites applications from strong candidates in any field of specialisation.
You will teach undergraduate and graduate students, as well as carrying out research.
You will have completed or nearly completed a PhD.
For near post-doctoral candidates, or candidates with limited post doctoral experience, you will be able to demonstrate a developing record of research with potential for publication in leading peer-reviewed journals.
For post-doctoral candidates, you will be able to demonstrate a consistent record of high quality research with publications in leading peer-reviewed journals.
You will also demonstrate a strategy for future research in economics and / or econometrics and evidence of good skills in the teaching of economics or econometrics.
We offer an exciting research and teaching environment, and an attractive financial package to successful applicants.
The posts are tenable from the 1st September 2013, or soon thereafter.
