CEMLA is hiring PhDs in economics and finance. The main responsibility is research focused on macroeconomic and financial issues of particular relevance for Latin America and the Caribbean. In addition to analytical work for publication in prestigious journals, the tasks include the preparation of periodic reports on the economic and financial situation of the region, the organization of international events, partaking in joint research activities with the Center's associate and collaborative members, and participation in the Editorial/Technical Committees of CEMLA's journals and in the evaluation of papers presented for the Rodrigo Gomez Award. Full command of English and Spanish is required.
