TP is a multi-disciplinary sub-specialty supporting the International Tax Services, State & Local, and Tax Effective Supply Chain Management (TESCM) groups (www.ey.com/transferpricing). The TP practices assists with the economic/valuation analyses of cross-border inter-company pricing for tangible goods, intangibles, loans, and services. Such analyses typically include an in-depth review of a company's industry structure and its strategic business model including products/intangibles, competitors, R&D, manufacturing, marketing, sales and distribution, finance and legal functions. TP provides an excellent opportunity for a career as an international business consultant. E&Y will be bringing in selected candidates for an interview in the local work city.
