The Department of Economics at Bryn Mawr College invites applications for a full-time, beginning tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level, to begin July 1, 2013, in one or more of the above fields with a focus on either US domestic social policy or US financial markets and institutions. In addition to courses in the area of specialization, the successful candidate will teach a one-semester introductory course and statistics, econometrics, or microeconomics. Ph.D. in economics by the start date, teaching experience, and evidence of research potential are required. The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to research and teaching excellence in a liberal arts environment.
