The University of St. Gallen, Switzerland - a leading university in Management, Economics, Law, Social Sciences and International Affairs - invites applications for a position as Professor of Public Economics by February 1, 2014 or by mutual agreement.
The successful applicant has an excellent publication record in any field of Public Economics and a high level of teaching competence. Furthermore, she/he should have an interest in economic policy.
Teaching responsibilities are within the "Economics" and "International Affairs" programs at all levels (Bachelor, Master and PhD programs).
The appointment status of the position, full professor or tenure-track assistant professor, will be determined by the successful candidate's qualification. Applications for a tenure-track position are considered for candidates with some teaching experience and excellent publications. The University is actively seeking to increase the number of female and international scholars among the faculty.
