Full Text of JOE Listing:
This is a nine-month tenure track position in environmental and natural resource economics with teaching (50%) and research (50%) beginning August 23, 2013.

Responsibilities: develop internationally-recognized research program in environmental and natural resource economics (ENRE) related to water resource use/development within one or more areas: climate change, coastal/marine resources, watershed management, urbanization, land use, or related policy issues; teach and advise graduate/undergraduate students; seek grant funding and participate in collaborative research.

Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. in Economics, Resource or Environmental Economics, or related field by time of appointment, excellent training in microeconomics, quantitative methods, coursework and research training in ENRE, and superior written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Potential or demonstrated excellence in teaching, research and grantsmanship; potential to conduct multidisciplinary research and to work collegially within teams; ability to publish in high quality refereed journals, and advanced training in experimental methods, econometrics, or dynamic analysis.
