Due to significant and continuing growth, IMPAQ is seeking a Principal Research Scientist to support our growing staff and interesting research projects. The Principal Research Scientist will work closely with IMPAQ researchers and support the development of rigorous evaluations designs and help to ensure that IMPAQ's evaluations meet the highest quality standards. In addition to these duties, the individual will serve as a senior advisor to project directors and principal investigators, and mentor IMPAQ research staff. This position will report directly to the Director of Research.

We will consider candidates for part-time work throughout the year or for extended periods of times (e.g., summers and/or sabbatical).

- Must have a Ph.D. in Economics, Health Policy, Health Services Research, or a related field
- Candidates should have knowledge and experience of program evaluation and econometric methods
- Ability to conduct random assignment evaluation, quasi-experimental design, and mixed method evaluation strategies.
