The Research Institute of Economics and Management (RIEM) at the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE) in Chengdu, China invites applications for a number of tenure-track and tenured positions in any field of economics, finance, management, or accounting. Successful candidates should have earned their PhDs before the position is to start. Academic rank will depend on publications and teaching experience. Most or all teaching is expected to be conducted in English. The compensation package includes salary starting from RMB 250,000, research fund, and housing allowance of RMB 180,000. We are especially interested in applicants with prior teaching and research experiences.

SWUFE, located in a historical but affordable Chengdu, is one of the best universities in China and with more than 20,000 full-time students the largest university specializing in economics and management in China.
