As part of the MSU Global Water Initiative, the Department of Agricultural, Food, and Resource Economics at Michigan State University seeks a tenure-system Assistant Professor with a 70% research and 30% teaching assignment. The successful candidate will develop a research program that addresses water resources and their interaction with issues such as anticipated changes in world climate, the increasing emphasis on biomass for energy, and future needs for global food security and health.
Qualifications: PhD in Agricultural Economics or Economics. Excellent teaching, research, and communication skills. International research experience is desirable.
