Euromonitor International is the world's leading independent provider of global business intelligence. We produce statistical databases, economic models, reports on markets, economic and demographic developments worldwide, and provide business solutions to individual clients.

We have recently opened The Centre for Analytics, Modelling and Innovation (CAMI), and we are looking for enthusiastic self-starters who want to participate in the beginning of this exciting new venture and to carry it forward successfully.

Key Responsibilities

--Build micro-economic and Industrial Organization (IO) models to solve concrete business problems
--Apply advanced econometric and statistical methods, other quantitative modelling techniques
--Monitor academic press for latest developments in economics and statistics to make sure we use cutting edge analytical techniques

Required Skills & Experience

--Advanced knowledge of micro economic theory and econometrics
--Experience working with at least one statistical/econometric software package (e.g. R, Matlab, Stata, SAS, etc.)
--Interest in international economic, demographic and industry trends
--Good communication skills and English fluency (both oral & writing)


--PhD in economics or econometrics
--Knowledge of theoretical and empirical IO or Applied Trade theory
--Interest in other fields and techniques like Bayesian methods, Systems dynamics, Data science, Information graphics (Visualization)
