Euromonitor International is the world's leading independent provider of global business intelligence. We produce statistical databases, economic models, reports on markets, economic and demographic developments worldwide, and provide business solutions to individual clients.

We have recently opened The Centre for Analytics, Modelling and Innovation (CAMI), and we are looking for enthusiastic self-starters who want to participate in the beginning of this exciting new venture and to carry it forward successfully.

The Centre is based in Vilnius, famous for one of the largest baroque old towns in Europe, vibrant culture and easy access to major European capitals.

Key Responsibilities

* Contributing to macroeconomic model building, forecasting and scenario analysis
* Writing insightful analysis of latest worldwide macroeconomic developments
* Monitoring latest economic developments across countries and latest macroeconomic research
* Leading a team of junior analysts

Required Skills

* Advanced knowledge of macroeconomics and macroeconometrics
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Excellent organisational skills and creativity
* Developed sense of initiative and problem solving attitude
* Ability to work under tight deadlines

Required Experience

* Professional or academic experience in macroeconomic analysis
* Experience working with at least one statistical/econometric software package


* PhD in economics
* Familiarity with Bayesian econometrics and state space methods
