The Department of Economics at Loyola Marymount University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor beginning August 2013. We seek outstanding candidates with specialties in labor economics with an optional complementary field in health economics. The LMU Economics Department has a strong experimental program with a dedicated laboratory and would welcome candidates who use experimental methods. Faculty members are expected to achieve excellence in research and teaching and to contribute actively to service. Departmental representatives will attend the ASSA meetings in San Diego in January 2013, where interviews will be conducted.
