The Department of Economics seeks to fill two tenure-track positions at the Assistant Professor rank. The appointments are subject to final budgetary approval and will be effective August 1, 2013.
Areas of particular interest are as follows: Applied Microeconomics (Empirical International Trade/ Empirical Labour / Empirical Development / Empirical Industrial Organization), Microeconomic Theory or Public Economics. All applicants must have completed a PhD in Economics (or expect to do so by August 2013). Applicants must show potential for excellence in research and in teaching at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Information on the Department can be found at www.ryerson.ca/economics.
