The Department of Economics solicits applications for a junior faculty position in area studies with particular focus on the economics of Japan. The position will begin September 1, 2013. Research capacity and teaching ability serve as the primary criteria for selection. Ph.D. and strong research orientation are required, with Ph.D. expected by August 2013.
