The Harris Graduate School of Public Policy Studies at the University of Chicago invites applications for junior faculty positions in Economics. The School will consider applicants working in all sub-fields relevant to public policy with an emphasis on urban economics, environmental economics, development economics, public finance, international economics, health economics, political economy, regulation, and labor economics. Applicants must expect to have completed their Ph.D. by July 31, 2013 and demonstrate strong promise for a scholarly career. Applicants are required to submit a C.V., two letters of recommendation (three preferred), and one writing sample on line at http://tinyurl.com/cw9rq52. Review of applications will begin December 15, 2012. The letters of recommendation may be sent electronically to Cynthia Cook Conley, c-cook@uchicago.edu. Screening of applications will continue until the position is filled. No applications will be accepted after March 1, 2013.
