The Economics Area of the Orfalea College of Business, Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, California, invites applications for one or more full-time, academic year, tenure-track positions at any rank. We are primarily seeking candidates in applied fields of economics who are committed to excellence in teaching and research. Candidates should have an active research agenda, a strong publication record, and a record of superior performance in undergraduate teaching. Rank and salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Applicants must have a PhD in Economics. Position(s) begin September 16, 2013, and are contingent upon final budgetary approval. Cal Poly is located in San Luis Obispo, a city in the Central Coast of California with extraordinary quality of life.
