Responsible statistical assessment of the Bank's Fair Lending environment; applying it to businesses within Lending Operations. Design & conduct quantitative and statistical analyses using SAS technology consistent with regulatory needs. Assemble relevant statistical data, create and maintain programs that track criteria, & monitor improvement. Estimate & validate linear & logistic regression models. Perform analysis on data from multiple database systems. Apply technical & analytical knowledge to analyze workflow processes, account information & data validity checks. Perform analytical/quantitative projects on Fair Lending issues; Access loan-level data from multiple data sources; Understanding business policies, procedures. Monitoring those policies, procedures using data from multiple systems; Consulting appropriate business clients to establish performance metrics; Interpreting statistical results in lay terms for senior management

Advanced degree required,(PhD preferred); 5+ years related experience required; proven ability to develop,coordinate and complete project plans; strong written & verbal communication; demonstrated ability to provide written reports that accurately & clearly summarize issues & present solutions; ability to influence others' actions & decisions without express authority; works independently; accountable for managing a specialized compliance area, business function & may lead a team of specialists; ability to translate technical for nontechnical users.
