The Economics Program in the School of Public Policy at Oregon State University (http://oregonstate.edu/dept/econ/) invites applications for a full-time (1.0 FTE) 9-month, non tenure-track Instructor position. Anticipated appointment begin date is September 16, 2012. The anticipated teaching load is two to three courses per term in a quarter term system, predominantly at the principles level. Requirements include a Masters degree in Economics and demonstrated ability in teaching as a primary instructor at the undergraduate level. Preference will be given to applicants with a Ph.D. in Economics and expertise and teaching interest in microeconomics and industrial organization. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
