Badoo is the largest worldwide social network for meeting new people. It includes many great social network fundamentals, but really focuses on giving users the games and tools to gain attention and expand their social circles.
In a highly competitive market such as Badoo's, maintaining excellent customer relations is essential to retaining loyal users, growing the base and converting our members to our premium services. Badoo's CRM Manager will oversee all aspects of developing CRM strategies and implementation. He or she will also be in charge of marketing analysis efforts so as to improve tracking, measurement, and analysis of campaigns and strategic projects.
*Analyzing user engagement on Badoo to identify strategies to build, retain, and enhance the user experience on Badoo.
*Working with Badoo's marketing team to manage customer communications within a social network to build the community through user retention and conversion to paying customers who buy premium services.
*The management of CRM campaigns utilizing internal and external messaging tools, budgeting, forecasting and planning of campaigns.
*Management of the CRM and data tools used to create and analyze customer campaigns.
*Identifying key trends around growth, monetization, and user engagement
*Optimising Badoo's social network ecosystem to ensure effective growth and user satisfacton
*Data analysis of strategic company projects and campaigns.
*Working with Badoo's Product team to design and implement randomized evaluations of products and services.
*Become recognized within the company as an analytics expert who will provide the analytical "horsepower" and project management to support key priorities of the team
*Research and analyse key business drivers, competitive environment, opportunities, trends and operating metrics.
*Execute sophisticated quantitative analyses and advanced modelling that translates data into actionable insights.
*Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings from initiatives to senior management and to the broader organisaton.
*Work collaboratively with various internal teams to identify and implement new marketing programs based on development of commercial opportunities and premium services.
*Act as primary team representative to these various internal "clients" who rely on data analysis and CRM marketing to advance their business needs, e.g. country managers.
*Continually develop, measure and optimize campaigns using internal tools.
*This position will assume direct ROI responsibility for premium services within Badoo and will be expected to maximize profitability of these programs over time.
*Manage internal and external resources to ensure that campaigns are executed accurately, effectively and within budget.
*Work collaboratively with departments and individuals to identify database marketing opportunities to more effectively reach consumers in various high value segments.
Degree in Maths, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science/MSc, MS, or PhD
*Ideally suit a qualified economist or statistician who wants to work in a commercial environment
*A solid grounding in an analytics environment working with large data sets, ideally in a social networking or Internet application environment
*Solid understanding of statistical modelling
*Experience with more than one CRM environment is an advantage.
*Self-motivated and ability to achieve deadlines and work independently.
*Solid communication skills and team-working capabilities.
*Ability to work with all cross company departments to achieve common goals.
*Positive and logical approach together with willingness to learn.
