Graduate School of Economics and Management, Tohoku University (located in Sendai, Japan) is inviting applications for a research fellow position in economics.
Applicants are expected to show outstanding commitment to research and must have obtained a PhD when taking up the position in October 2012. The position is for two years (no extension). The salary is commensurate with experience.
All fields of Economics, Econometrics, and Statistics will be considered.
Graduate School of Economics and Management, Tohoku University provides a high quality research environment in economics, statistics, and management. There is NO teaching duty for this position. Knowledge of Japanese is NOT required.
