Saint Louis University, a Catholic, Jesuit institution dedicated to student learning, research, health care, and service is seeking applicants for a two year appointment beginning Fall 2012 at the assistant professor level. Candidates are sought in the area of applied microeconomics. The successful candidate will possess excellent teaching skills. Teaching responsibilities will include undergraduate courses in development economics. Candidates should have all requirements for the Ph.D. degree completed prior to August 15, 2012. The salary is competitive. Saint Louis University also offers a competitive package of fringe benefits and health insurance.
