Charles River Associates (CRA), a leading economics, finance, and business consulting firm, seeks highly-skilled and articulate economists for its global Competition practice.
The Competition practice is known for its high standards of intellectual rigor and its history of involvement in many high-profile competition matters. CRA's competition economists regularly provide economic analyses of mergers and other competition matters before the major competition authorities of the world; testify in judicial proceedings; and provide private and government clients with economic analysis and litigation support services.
Successful candidates will have a Ph.D. or ABD in economics or a closely allied field, and will have specific expertise in the fields of industrial organization, applied microeconomics, and/or econometrics. While not necessary, postdoctoral professional experience in research, consulting, or academia, or prior work experience at the US Federal Trade Commission, the US Department of Justice, the European Commission or another competition enforcement agency is a plus.
CRA offers an intellectually stimulating work environment, competitive compensation, and a variety of possible work locations.
