We are looking for a professional with excellent leadership, strong quantitative and problem solving skills with hands on experience with econometric/statistical analysis using SAS. The individual will be leading a small team of highly skilled analysts for delivering marketing solutions in the areas of acquisition of new corporate clients and managing the existing clients.
Job Responsibilities:
-Predictive modeling (OLS/Logistic analysis etc.) and data mining
-Experimental design work creating test & control groups to testing efficacy of alternative marketing initiatives
-Persuade business partners to adopt the suggested analytical approach
-Manage a team of three highly skilled analysts
Education Requirement / Experience :
-A PhD, MSc or MA in a quantitative field such as Economics, Ag. Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.
-At least two years of analytical experience preferably in industry.
-People leadership experience is highly desirable but candidates with leadership aptitude will be considered.
-Strong knowledge of, and practical coding experience with, statistical analysis programming languages such as SAS, Gauss, etc.;
-Analytical management expertise in executing multiple projects
-Ability to work with diverse teams and individuals, and influence others without direct authority
