*Developing frameworks that guide project work
*Applying appropriate analysis techniques and statistical programming to the collection and reporting of quantitative data
*Preparing technical reports and journal articles and presenting findings to clients and the public
*Assisting with the design of research plans, and the development and drafting of new business proposals
*Providing assistance to client contacts for analytical *Mentoring junior research analysts and sharing approaches to solving concrete problemsMasters or Ph.D. in a social science, economics or related field with expertise in psychometrics or applied statistics.
*Minimum of 3 years experience with the design of education experiments and quasi-experiments and with the analysis of data collected through complex sample designs Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of K-12
*Proficient in statistical and/or psychometric software and open to learning new statistical tools in a relatively short period of time as required by different projects.
*Experience with psychometric evaluation of tests and surveys through item response theory models
