The newly created Aix-Marseille School of Economics (AMSE) is inviting highly qualified economists in all fields to apply for one-year research chairs. Each chair allows the scholar to be hosted for up to 12 full months, possibly spread over 2 years, at either of the two locations of the AMSE, Aix-en-Provence or Marseille. The total net salary for a twelve-month visit can go up to 66 000 euro, and the AMSE will also provide the fellow with research funds during his stay. The candidates are expected to be well-established scholars with excellent publication records. They will be required to give a brief lecture course for graduate students and a public seminar. Knowledge of French is NOT required.
