Economic Consulting Services, LLC (ECS) is a leader in providing economic, financial, and business valuation analysis in international trade, tax, patent, and commercial litigation matters before U.S. courts and regulatory agencies and international arbitration bodies. In business for over 30 years and with a staff of 24, ECS has a professional, collegial environment with a dedication to thorough and creative analysis of real-world commercial issues.
ECS is seeking an economics or finance Ph.D. (or ABD with near-term anticipated completion) with strong quantitative and verbal skills on a track for expert witness role in high-profile international trade (antidumping/CVD), patent (District Court and Sec. 337), tax (transfer pricing and business valuation), and/or damages/lost profits litigation. A common task would be applied microeconomic/financal analysis in an international context working with legal counsel.
Both new Ph.D.'s and those with relevant experience in the above-cited areas may apply. U.S. citizenship required. Salary will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
