The Department of Economics in the Walton College of Business invites applications for a tenure track entry-level or advanced Assistant Professor with fields in open economy macroeconomics and international economics. Preference will be given to applicants with strong applied econometrics skills. For junior faculty, the teaching load is two courses per semester, with a one course reduction for the first year of appointment. The Department is especially interested in candidates who can contribute further to its diversity and to the excellence of its research, undergraduate and graduate teaching, and service activities. Job candidates should have completed the Ph.D. degree by August 15, 2010. Interviews will be conducted at the ASSA meetings.
