The Department of Economics seeks applications to fill one position starting August 25, 2008. The level of the appointment is open but we are especially interested in candidates who have three to ten years of experience and would be appointed either at the advanced (untenured) assistant professor level or the tenured associate professor level. Field of specialty is less important than research promise and teaching quality. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in economics and an established record of research accomplishment.
