The Wharton School's Real Estate Department is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure-track faculty
position at any level: Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor beginning July 1, 2008. The Real Estate
Department is seeking candidates with backgrounds in applied economics, finance, or related disciplines who
are capable of making significant contributions both in their broader areas as well as in the field of real estate or
urban economics. A commitment to excellent teaching in real estate also is required. Applicants should have,
or be close to completing, a Ph.D from an accredited institution and have an outstanding research record or
