The Department of Economics (http://oregonstate.edu/dept/econ/) seeks applicants to fill a tenure track/tenure appointment at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor (depending on qualifications) to begin September 16, 2008. This is a 9-month, full-time, 1.0 FTE appointment. Applicants should have research and teaching interests in macroeconomics. The successful candidate will provide evidence of a promising research agenda, and will be expected to publish in top field and general interest journals; a strong publication record will be required for tenure. Salary is competitive and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Those applying at the entry level should expect to receive their Ph.D. by September 2008.
